Don’t change bad plug threads

We got her a quote on a new pan and sent her on her way back to the shop she went to for her prior oil change to see if they would warranty it out. If they will not we told her to come back and we would take care of it for her. We didn’t do any services to the vehicle.

It was towed in ...Rollers were layng in rhe housing

Valve clearances hadn’t been done in a while. It popped out of the valve bridge..

Never got the story. The other side only has one leaf connected.

It had a pinhole leak in the line where it comes into the body on passenger floor. I found it leaking out of the body at RR rocker panel, gutted the interior till I found it...

...he brought [towed] it in for us to diagnose a transmission issue (probably a result of the mold and mildew), and was surprised when we refused to work on it because of the condition it’s in.

They just... “cleaned” it and then essentially said “there, now you can diagnose it”

He caught the handle on a vise that was on the rear bumper of a truck

...he came in because right front wheel bearing cought on fire

I don’t think granny was spraying anything. Pretty sure her neighbor went a little overboard with starter fluid though.

It was wrapped in a sweater, i happened to grab it on the trigger,even through the trigger guard

Supposedly, the previous oil change was done by Walmart. Later, the customer went to change it himself. When the plug wouldn’t move the customer got a breaker bar and 6 point socket. The plug was so tight that it tore the pan around the thread insert that is welded inside of the pan. Customer had us tow it in for obvious reasons.

I just don’t get people who let their brakes get that bad, or keep driving with a water pump that trashed. the instant I hear my truck make a noise I haven’t heard before I try to figure out what is making it.
